Job Context

We serve more than 300 office lunches daily, and on top, we have lots of events. So in some days, we cook for more than 1,000 people. Certain events themselves may require us to cook for more than 3,000 customers.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Expertise in local, chinese, asian and continental cuisines.
• Must be able to cook great chicken roast and kacchi.
• Should be excited in creating new menus and items.
• Should have strong inventory management skills.
• Must be able to manage costs and achieve the set targets.
• Must be comfortable cooking food in large scale, for as much as 3,000 people in a particular day.
• MOST IMPORTANT: Must take complete ownership of the kitchen, and ensure food is produced in the right taste, amount and ready on time.
