Job Description / Responsibility

• Candidates will have to make outbound calls to USA customers Minimum 8 hours.
• Receiving customers inquiries, selling services/ products over telephone as per the instruction provided.
• Data research, Data Entry, Reporting.

Educational Requirements

• Freshers are encouraged to apply Only O level, A Level, BBA, MBA, Fluent English Speaker,
• Experience in working /studying abroad preferred.

  Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing, Call Centre Supervision/Management, QC (Quality Control) of Customer Service, Call Centre Training
