Classically trained Chef who wishes to build career in traditional Japanese style of cooking using finest ingredients. This is an amazing opportunity to join a newly established Japanese Restaurant in Baridhara Diplomatic Zone, Dhaka.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Prepare ingredients for service & selecting Menu of day
• Making Dishes to set recipes
• Recording & monitoring health and safety log book
• Ordering and keeping food records to date
• Ensure kitchen areas clean & tidy.

HSC/ Graduation

Experience Requirements

• 10 to 12 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Cook, Chef
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Hotel, Restaurant, Airline, Embassies/Foreign Consulate

Job Requirements

• Age 25 to 40 year(s)
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Vast knowledge in cold & hot kitchens
• Hard working, organized and enthusiastic
• Proven experience in classical cooking techniques
• Food safety education/qualification
• Passion in providing outstanding customer service
• Confident & super communication skills preferably in Japanese and English.
