Job Description / Responsibility -

• Responsible for the execution of finance & Accounts operation complying with company policy.
• Responsible for process improvement of overall finance & Accounts activities in the organization.
• Supervise & monitor the daily activities of department staff.
• Extract and input data from various sources in accounting systems.
• Prepare reconciliation statement and MIS report of accounts and finance for management.
• Coordinate and lead the monthly accounts and submit to the superior.
• Maintain inventory system by supervising the record of all productive items & acquisition of fixed assets.
• Manage day to day accounting functions including regular cash verification, bank and balance sheet, accounts reconciliation, monthly closing, invoice, monitoring timely submission of financial report etc. to the superior.
• Ensure that the billing and collection schedule is maintained accordingly to support operational requirements.
• Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process in accordance with the management conversant with income Tax Laws, VAT, Bank and others regulatory provisions including annual return filing.
• Develop and implement "Profitability Improvement Plan".
• Prepare plan of action for internal control audit and implement accordingly.
• Monitoring total operating cost and interest cost.
• Supervise VAT & TAX related matter.
• Identify skill and behavioral gap among accounts personnel and take necessary actions.
• Carry out any special duty assigned by the management for the organizational interest.

Educational Requirements

MBA/ M.Com in major in Accounting/ Finance from any public or well reputed Private University. ACA / ACMA will get preference.

Experience Requirements

• At least 8 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Accounts, Finance
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Manufacturing (FMCG),Tannery/Footwear, Banks

Job Requirements

• Age 32 to 40 year(s)
• Self-motivated, responsible and goal oriented.
• The incumbent should be dynamic and have good communication skill.
• Should have good skill on report writing and presentation.
• Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication abilities in Bangla and English both oral and written.
• Computer literacy is must, especially in office package.
• Knowledge of IFRS.
• Knowledge of SAP/ ERP.
• Should have modern system adaptability & creativity.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging environment.
• Should have honesty & integrity.
• Should have positive and flexible attitude.
